Episode 15: Sexuality – Interview with Vanessa Marin

Sex-Cess Program

Vanessa Marin joins Dr. Deb on Episode #15 of Let’s Talk Wellness Now for a conversation all about sexuality and the healthy approach to a flourishing sex live. Vanessa stresses the importance of accepting your sex life as something that needs to be cultivated, maintained and worked at.

I like to say that sex is the most natural, unnatural act! The act of sex is totally natural, and human, and normal, but creating a sex life that feels very passionate, and active, and satisfying – takes a lot of effort.

Dr. Deb and Vanessa discuss practical, effective ways that you can grow and develop your sex life. They speak on value of being in-tune with your body, and the critical nature of being open and comfortable communicating with their partner.

Learning how to orgasm is a skill. And like any other skill in our lives, it takes time, and effort, and practice to learn.

Listen in as they talk about ways couples can rekindle lost passion, improve sexual communication, learn new techniques to spice up their bedrooms, and add tools to their sexual tool belts!
